1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Orders & payments
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for pay-on-delivery, accepted by our rider.
3. Ozb+ Loyalty
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if abuse is detected. Reward catalog and tier thresholds can change with notice.
4. Prohibited use
- Fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
- Resale of restricted items.
- Abuse of riders, vendors or support staff.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, OzbConnect's liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
